Employees at Nordia’s Orillia Centre presented The Lighthouse Shelter & Soup Kitchen with a donation of $1,200 to support their community work. The donation is the result of numerous fundraising activities organized by the Social Committee in the last two months.

The Lighthouse Shelter & Soup Kitchen provides families and individuals with a warm and safe place to enjoy a meal. They serve three hot meals a day, everyday. The Lighthouse also has 14 beds and operates a shelter in the evening to provide men who have no place of their own with a warm place to sleep.
