Today, Nordia officially welcomed more than 400 experienced employees to the Nordia team with the acquisition of a first-class call centre in Moncton, NB. This is Nordia's largest centre yet and its first in Atlantic Canada. The centre provides Nordia with greater capacity and increased bilingual capabilities to serve customers in both Quebec and Ontario. Services provided include residential loyalty (inbound and outbound) as well as business services.
The Moncton centre already has a proud history of providing quality customer service, a tradition that will nurtured and expanded as Nordia grows the site and provides even more stimulating and rewarding career opportunities in the Moncton area.
With this new centre, Nordia is now 3100 strong and operates 9 centres across Canada.
