We're Canada’s largest provider of customer service solutions, with operations in 12 business centres  located in B.C, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick. Created by Bell Canada in 1999, we’ve been at the forefront of advanced customer service solutions for over 20 years. In 2015, Nordia became part of Birch Hill Equity Partners, spurring the expansion of its services into new areas.

More than 50 types of service offerings

We provide our customers with a wide range of support to help their customers get the most out of their services, resolve their problems and build loyalty. Our professional services include customer support (billing, service, technical), sales and loyalty, e-chat, collections, directory assistance, teleconferencing, as well as technology-assisted relay services to facilitate communication for hearing and speech-impaired customers.
