When Nordia was created in March 1999, few would have predicted that we would eventually become Canada’s largest provider of customer service solutions with more than 5,000 employees across Canada in 13 business centres.

Today, we kick off the festivities surrounding this important milestone. Throughout the year, we are organizing a series of activities and events as well as recognizing the loyalty of our employees who have been there since the beginning.

We have come a long way in the past 20 years, but the adventure is far from over, as we build on our past achievements and continue to make Nordia the best customer service provider and one of the best places to work!
