The Nordia culture in Waterloo
Nordia has a new home in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. In April, after 20 years at our Kitchener location, we moved into a spectacular new facility in Waterloo. Our new centre is a LEED-certified building with large windows and high ceilings, a cafeteria, lounges, games room plus lots of cool meeting spaces. It is ideally located — close to the Conestoga Parkway, the Northfield LRT stations, and the main bus hub. And there’s lots of parking, bicycle racks, and even showers, in addition to many shops and amenities nearby.
But of course the best of Nordia is the people and the supportive culture. From day 1, Nordia Waterloo employees are warmly welcomed by our team and know that their development and success are our priority. The Waterloo team loves to create lasting memories both inside and outside of work. We host Grilled Cheese Mondays, bake sales, and holiday parties. We also participate in various fundraising events in our community such as the Walk for Kids, the Big Bike Ride, and the annual Salvation Army’s toy drive.
