On June 9, as part of their Health and Wellness awareness initiatives, the Nordia Kitchener team supported St Mary’s Hospital #RedDayFriday initiative, in order to elevate awareness of the serious risk of heart disease in women.

On this day, team members wore red and shared a lifestyle change they were willing to make to improve their heart health via heart-shaped post its. To top it all off, they raised over $300 in support of this amazing cause!
