On August 26, the Nordia Saint John team participated for a second year in a row to the Dragon Boat Festival in support of the St Joseph's Hospital foundation. Following the two preliminary heats, the 21 members of the Nordia Navigators won the "Goodlife Fitness Challenge" by 4 seconds.

The Nordia Navigators ranked 13th of 25 teams, with a three heat combined time of 3'19''39 and raised a total of $3,400 in support of the various initiatives of the St Joseph's Hospital foundation.
